History, present business and background

Tushar Gerg is registered with SEBI as a Research Analyst with registration no. INH000027654. The Research Analyst got its registration on June 01, 2026 and is engaged in offering research and recommendation services.

Verified Research (verifiedresearch.in) is the research practice of Tushar Gerg, offering research reports and research on request. Rezz Invest (rezzinvest.com) is the analyst's own application of the same research, for regular savers, and is offered under the same registration.

Part-time registration and other activities

Tushar Gerg is registered as a part-time Research Analyst (MC ¶1.4).

Nature of the other activity. His other business is analytics consulting for companies: building data and AI systems that answer business questions from a company's own data. This activity is unrelated to securities. It does not involve handling or managing any client's or person's money or funds, and it does not involve giving advice or recommendations to anyone on any product or asset for investment purposes.

Undertaking. The Research Analyst shall maintain an arm's-length relationship between its activity as a Research Analyst and its other activities, and shall ensure that its research services are clearly segregated from all its other activities at all stages of client engagement. In practice:

• Research and consulting run on separate websites, with separate enquiry and booking forms.
• Research enquiries and client records are kept separately from consulting records and are not shared between the two.
• Consulting invoices and service documents will carry a prominent notice that the service is not under the purview of SEBI and that no complaint about it can be raised with SEBI.
• Consulting work does not include research or recommendations on securities.

Conflict of interest. The Research Analyst shall ensure there is no conflict of interest between its research activity and its consulting activity. If one arises, it will be disclosed to the affected client as and when it arises.

Terms and conditions of research services

The Research Services will be limited to providing independent research recommendation and shall not be involved in any advisory or portfolio allocation services.

The Research Analyst cannot execute or carry out any trade on behalf of a client. Clients are advised not to permit any Research Analyst to execute trades on their behalf.

The Research Analyst never guarantees the returns on the recommendation provided. Investor shall take note that Investment/trading in stocks/Index or other securities is always subject to market risk. Past performance is never a guarantee of same future results.

The Research Analyst shall not be responsible for any loss to the Investors.

Disciplinary history

There are no pending material litigations or legal proceedings against the Research Analyst.

As on date, no penalties / directions have been issued by SEBI under the SEBI Act or Regulations made there under against the Research Analyst relating to Research Analyst services.

No associates.

Distribution

The Research Analyst does not distribute any investment product. Rezz Invest users transact on the NSE Invest platform through the IntelliQubes distributor portal. IntelliQubes is not connected to the Research Analyst or the Research Analyst's family, and is not part of any group of the Research Analyst. There is no group or family distribution link (MC ¶1.10).

Use of artificial intelligence

SEBI requires a Research Analyst to disclose the extent of use of artificial intelligence tools in providing research services (MC ¶1.7). I state it here, in the research terms and MITC, and in every research paper.

• What is used. Machine-learning models, built and run by me, estimate how cheap each fund or index is compared with its own history.
• What it decides. These model outputs decide when the research suggests investing and how much.
• What I do. I choose the data, design and test the models, review their output and write the conclusions.
• Responsibility. I am solely responsible for these models, their outputs, research based on them, and the security, confidentiality and integrity of any client data used with them.

If the extent of AI use changes, this disclosure will be updated and clients will be told.

Disclosures with respect to research and recommendation services

• The Research Analyst or any of its officer/employee does not trade in securities which are subject matter of recommendation.
• There are no actual or potential conflicts of interest arising from any connection to or association with any issuer of products/ securities, including any material information or facts that might compromise its objectivity or independence in the carrying on of Research Analyst services. Such conflict of interest shall be disclosed to the client as and when they arise.
• Research Analyst or its employee or its associates have not received any compensation from the company which is subject matter of recommendation.
• No model portfolios or weighted baskets are offered. See Weighted recommendations.
• Research Analyst or its employee or its associates have not managed or co-managed the public offering of any company.
• Research Analyst or its employee or its associates have not received any compensation for investment banking or merchant banking of brokerage services from the subject company.
• Research Analyst or its employee or its associates have not received any compensation for products or services other than above from the subject company.
• Research Analyst or its employee or its associates have not received any compensation or other benefits from the Subject Company or 3rd party in connection with the research report/ recommendation.
• The subject company was not a client of Research Analyst or its employee or its associates during twelve months preceding the date of recommendation services provided.
• Research Analysts or its employee or its associates has not served as an officer, director or employee of the subject company.
• Research Analysts has not been engaged in market making activity of the subject company.

Weighted recommendations

No recommendation carries portfolio weights. No model portfolios or weighted baskets are offered, so the model-portfolio framework (MC ¶1.11 and Annexure A) does not apply. If that changes, this page and the terms will be updated before any such recommendation is made.
