You can complain about anything to do with the research service: for example, a report you did not receive, missing pages, a report you could not download, or any other gap in the service.

Say who you are, what went wrong and what you would like done. I resolve complaints within 7 (seven) business working days.

Step 2 · If it is not resolved: SEBI SCORES

Lodge your complaint on SEBI's SCORES platform at scores.sebi.gov.in. It is reviewed first by BSE, as the Research Analyst Administration and Supervisory Body (RAASB), and then by SEBI.

Step 3 · If you are still not satisfied: SMART ODR

You can take the complaint to SEBI's online dispute resolution platform at smartodr.in for online conciliation or arbitration.
