Compliance audit
SEBI requires every Research Analyst to have an annual audit of compliance with the Research Analysts Regulations, and to publish its status and any adverse findings, with the action taken (MC ¶1.14).

The first annual compliance audit covers FY 2026-27, the year of registration. When it is complete, this page will show its status and any adverse findings with the action taken.
